Personal Training

Jennifer Pede of Body by Design personal training is a fellow Colonial member, dedicated personal trainer and fitness enthusiast whose passion is to coach people towards their personal fitness goals while making it a part of their daily lifestyle. She offers a variety of training services such as 30 minute and one hour private sessions, buddy (2 people) and small group training (3-4 people) and an outdoor boot camp during the spring, summer and fall months.

Her approach to training is based on incorporating functional exercises (training the body for activities in everyday life) using your own bodyweight, TRX suspension training, and free weights to create an efficient and effective workout suitable for all ages and fitness levels.
